This workshop will teach any Child Sexual Abuse/ ICAC investigator how to investigate a case from beginning to end with unique investigative techniques and overcome obstacles. The events involved a citizen turned Undercover Informant for production of CSAM, covert methods, grooming of minors/their guardians, disclosure from children/late disclosures, prior bad acts, use of jail intelligence (suspect mail/jail calls), competency issues, Investigator role during trial and suspect turned Pro Per defendant. The defendant drafted documents on how to take photos of minors and not get caught and he wrote 12 books (using victim names) while in custody. His 1990- 2015 years of damaging so many lives finally came to an END when he was sentenced.
