This class will be in Spanish. It will explain how to interview/ interrogate someone from the Spanish culture. It will address the importance of rapport building, establishing trust, and getting suspects to talk about child abuse offenses.
Learning Objectives:
Employ a common sense approach when interviewing suspects which will establish trust and have a better chance of obtaining an admission.
Develop techniques on how to segway from rapport, issuance of Miranda rights, into the actual interrogation.
Conduct an effective interrogation using techniques and build a prosecutable case.
