Law enforcement and prosecutors are often presented with cases that seemingly have limited evidence that would make prosecution a challenge. This workshop will explore ways to creatively corroborate the available evidence to strengthen cases. Participants will explore real world examples to highlight different avenues of investigation that can make a significant difference. The workshop will also discuss trial strategies to prove limited evidence cases at trial.
