This presentation will define the importance of being trauma-informed with people in the workplace and the community and recognizing that each person needs to be handle with sensitivity, equity, equality, and inclusion. This presentation will also provide a gameplan on how to best deal with individuals that have been traumatized in their past and how to prevent re-traumatization. This presentation will also give the attendee several tools that can be used to recognize trauma, deal with trauma, and handle individuals that have dealt with trauma in their lives.
