Presented by the case agent and analyst, this case study ties in several different aspects of a CSAM case: multiple NCMEC CyberTips from different ESPs, hands on production, sextortion using chat apps, and the manipulation of minors’ into producing content of abusing their younger siblings. This investigation spanned two international HSI offices, several domestic HSI offices, and multiple local agencies. Various analytical methods used to locate this nomadic predator will also be highlighted.
