This session focuses on the process of memory. We discuss how memories are formed, how they are retrieved, and the effect trauma has on this process. The session includes information about memory consolidation, eyewitness memory, effects of aging, and “planted memory”. If you work with trauma zed clients, this session will be helpful in understanding their recollections and help you adjust your approach.
