Ed Bull

Ed Bull is a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Iowa, overseeing the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services external legal team. In this role, he provides legal guidance on child welfare, juvenile justice, and public health matters, working closely with attorneys, social workers, and policymakers. Ed is actively involved in training attorneys and social workers on courtroom testimony, juvenile law, and leadership development. He also coordinates statewide juvenile prosecutor trainings and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs. Outside of his legal work, Ed mentors future legal professionals as a professor of family law and serves as a coach for the Knoxville High School Mock Trial Team.
