Summer Elmazi (she/her/hers)

Summer Elmazi serves as the Division Chief of the Crimes Against Children Division with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. Prior to joining the DA's Office, she worked as an immigration attorney and in civil trial litigation. In her 17-year career as a prosecutor, Summer has tried and prosecuted cases ranging from sexual and physical abuse of children, capital murders, arsons, and other aggravated offenses. She graduated with a triple major in Biology, Chemistry, and Political Science from Southern Methodist University and then subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from SMU. She was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers.
