Dani Warly is the Child Abuse Prosecution Specialist for the Denver DA’s Office. She is embedded full-time within Denver’s multidisciplinary team, collaborating with detectives, forensic interviewers, medical providers, and caseworkers to strengthen the legal response to crimes against children. Dani reviews, advises on, and makes filing decisions for hundreds of child abuse and neglect cases each year. She also continues to try complex child sexual assault cases in Denver District Court.
