Katelyn Semales is an attorney at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, where she currently serves as Counsel for CSAM Support. In this role, Katelyn provides vital support to survivors and their families, assisting with various legal matters and helping them connect with the appropriate legal counsel. She collaborates with attorneys nationwide to provide training and education on restitution statutes and offers guidance on representing survivors. Prior to her current position, Katelyn served as an Assistant United States Attorney and Special Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Maryland, the Southern District of Georgia, and the Middle District of Georgia. In these roles, she held several key positions, including Human Trafficking Coordinator and Project Safe Childhood Coordinator.
