Debra Hart is a case manager in the Missing Children’s Division for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, where she has worked for over nine years. She is retired law enforcement officer with over 20 years of experience. She served for 7 years with the City of Syracuse Police Department and 14 years with the Town of Webster Police Department. Debra Hart has recently presented at the Mississippi Sex Offender Registry and Compliance Symposium and the Louisiana Sex Offenders and Child Predator Enforcement Conference on the topic of Missing Children on the Autism Spectrum. Debra Hart is dedicated to protecting children and believes in the NCMEC motto that “Every child deserves a safe childhood.”
