Illinois State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor
Crystal Uhe is a Special Prosecutor for the Illinois State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor’s Office and has worked as a criminal prosecutor since 2007.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with concentrations in criminology, criminal justice, and political science in 2004 and earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007.
Crystal has successfully prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and has obtained convictions for offenses including First Degree Murder, Sexual Abuse and Assault cases, Aggravated Battery and Child Abuse cases, and various other violent criminal offenses. Crystal was named the 2019 Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis Prosecutor of the Year.
Crystal currently serves on the board of directors for the Madison County Illinois Child Advocacy Center.
