Chief Prosecutor, Special Victims Unit

Brittney Aaron is the Chief of Child Abuse in the Special Victims Division at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, where she aids prosecutors, law enforcement, and multidisciplinary teams in child abuse investigations.
She began her career at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, serving in the Juvenile, Misdemeanor, and Felony Trial Bureaus before joining the Major Offenders Division. There, she prosecuted violent felonies, including homicides, and was promoted to District Court Chief.
At Montgomery County, Brittney worked in the Felony Trial Bureau, the ICAC Unit, and the Special Victims–Child Abuse Unit, later becoming Chief in the 435th District Court.
She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
