Joshua Bitner has served with the New Holland, Pennsylvania Police Department for the past 12 years. He is the Lieutenant over the Criminal Investigations Division and has assisted with ICAC investigations for many years. Josh's extensive experience with the Mennonite and Amish communities enabled him to become a subject matter expert on tactics to overcome cultural boundaries when investigating crimes committed against children within those groups.
