Dr. Joyce Gilbert is the Medical Director of the Providence Abuse Intervention Center in Lacey, WA. Dr. Gilbert is also employed by Seattle Children's Hospital to provide medical care as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Providence St. Peter Hospital. Dr. Gilbert has over 40 years of experience practicing primary care pediatrics and working as a Child Abuse Pediatrician. Her passion is education about child abuse. She has presented to schools, community functions, foster care venues, conferences and for statewide CPS training in the states of WA and ID. Dr. Gilbert has fostered and adopted children for the past 34 years.
