Program Manager for MDT Development

Lydia Johnson Grady, LMSW, is the Program Manager for Multidisciplinary Team Development at Southern Regional Children’s Advocacy Center. Since 2009, Lydia has served in many CAC roles, including family advocate, forensic interviewer, multidisciplinary team facilitator, executive director, and consultant. In partnership with the West Virginia Chapter, Lydia facilitated and grew West Virginia’s statewide peer review and designed a mentoring and skill-development program for forensic interviewers. Lydia is passionate about listening to children and advocating for survivors, and she believes in the power of the CAC-MDT model. She loves research, learning, and helping other professionals do great work. At SRCAC, Lydia collaborates with Regional CACs, Chapters, and local CACs to support multidisciplinary teams and their leaders.
