Biography
Dr. Anita Seamans is a forty-one-year veteran police officer. Dr. Seamans has served as a criminal investigator with the Live Oak Police Department and the Kendal County Sheriff's Office.
Dr. Seamans received her doctorate in organizational leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2012. Dr. Seamans has also been an adjunct Law Enforcement Academy instructor since 1990. Dr. Seamans attended the 244th session of the FBI National Academy in March of 2011.
Dr. Seamans is a special investigator for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, where she has served for almost three years.
Dr. Seamans has presented lectures in Oxford, England, American Samoa, and Washington, D.C.
