Abbi Shanle is a dedicated MDT & Training Coordinator with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and extensive experience in child welfare, early childhood education, and juvenile justice. In her current role with Faith Regional Child Advocacy Center in Norfolk, NE, Abbi coordinates 12 MDTs and oversees training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals addressing child maltreatment. Abbi has created specialized teams to address complex issues such as felony trials and DHHS involved non-court cases. Her leadership has resulted in innovative protocols that enhance prosecutions, improve family outcomes, and strengthen service delivery. She is deeply committed to child advocacy and contributes to regional and local efforts to improve the systemic response to child abuse.
