Jerri Sites has over 30 years of experience in the field of child abuse investigations. She provides trauma-informed, research-based training and technical assistance to multidisciplinary teams, Children’s Advocacy Centers, and child serving professionals throughout the United States. Ms. Sites has done extensive work assisting MDTs and CACs enhance their approach to cases involving children with problematic sexual behaviors (PSB). She co-authored the research to practice paper, “Children with Problematic Sexual Behavior: Recommendations for the Multidisciplinary Team and Children’s Advocacy Center Response,” with her colleague Jimmy Widdifield, Jr, which served as a resource for updating the 2023 NCA Standards for Accreditation. Ms. Sites currently serves on the NCA YPSB Workgroup and was instrumental in developing the “MDT Decision Flow Chart for Reports of Problematic Sexual Behavior.”
