Bailey Woolfstead is an Assistant Attorney General with the Office of Special Prosecutions Rural Prosecutions Unit for the State of Alaska. She received her law degree from William & Mary School of Law and has worked as a criminal prosecutor since 2013. Bailey currently serves as the statewide rural sexual crimes prosecutor for Alaska, where she has prosecuted thousands of sexual assault, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child torture, and homicide cases. She works closely with several multidisciplinary teams across the State. Bailey’s approach to prosecution centers around victims’ rights and working holistically with victims, families, and the MDT, whether that be fighting in the courtroom or holding a Taylor Swift dance party with victims during jury deliberations.
