Jeff Shackelford is a Digital Forensics Specialist and the Sr. Product Manager of OSForensics by PassMark Software. As a former Digital Forensics Lab Director, Supervisory Special Agent, and Certified Law Enforcement Instructor, Jeff has over 16 years of law enforcement service and 18 years involvement in the computer-crime and digital forensics community as a practitioner, trainer, and speaker. He has provided testimony before numerous courts of law as an expert witness in the areas of computer and mobile forensics, and internet investigations. Now with PassMark Software, Jeff utilizes his years of 'real-world' experience to help design, develop, and implement new features for the OSForensics toolkit.
