Harley Elmore is the Operation Rescue Children’s Co-Founder and Director of Training. For the past 25 years, Harley Elmore has trained our country’s most elite military teams, special forces, special operations groups, and many federal agencies. He is known for his mastery of material and ability to convey and successfully instruct top-tier operators fighting the war on terror that helped them develop rigorous physical and mental conditioning, advanced tactical skills, and ability to operate in high-risk environments. He specializes in teaching world-class combatives training with mental mindset coaching typically associated with special operations units like the US Navy Seals, Army Special Forces, and Air Force Combat Controllers. This unique combination of skill sets equips trainees with the physical skills needed to navigate dangerous encounters, while also helping them build the mental fortitude and resilience needed to cope with the trauma of witnessing some of the worst of humanity.
