Saul Glick is a former Metropolitan Police constable and home visitor who invented the CARE protocol while studying at Harvard as a Kennedy Scholar. Saul is the Co-Founder of Vimes, a software company which enables law enforcement to securely send details about child maltreatment to CPS, CAC’s, schools, and other local agencies in real time. He is former program director, Center for Law, Brain & Behavior, Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School Training Hospital); senior fellow, Petrie-Flom Center, Harvard Law School; and former London Metropolitan Police.
