The National Criminal Justice Training Center (NCJTC) of Fox Valley Technical College is a national leader in delivering expert training and technical assistance to criminal justice professionals—especially in the area of child protection. For over 30 years, NCJTC has been trusted to manage more than 20 federally funded training and technical assistance initiatives on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice, including the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Office for Victims of Crime, Office on Violence Against Women, SMART Office, and the COPS Office. In addition to this federally funded work, NCJTC offers a broad range of fee-based training programs, including 1- to 5-day courses and conferences designed to address today’s most urgent public safety and criminal justice concerns. Drawing on the expertise of over 70 NCJTC staff members and 275+ subject matter experts, NCJTC provides innovative, impactful training across topics such as child abuse and neglect, child homicide, missing and abducted children, technology-facilitated crimes against children, forensic interviewing, human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, school safety, and more.
