Dallas Police Department

Dave Clark is a detective with the Dallas Police Department and has served the department for twenty-six years. During his tenure, he has worked patrol, undercover operations, and in the Vice Unit. He has been assigned to the Child Exploitation Unit for the last fourteen years. He is responsible for the investigation of cases involving sexual crimes committed against children; to include the Trafficking and Abduction of children. He has also been a part of several high-risk victim operations involving the identification and recovery of juveniles being trafficked through prostitution, and the prosecution of those adults responsible for the exploitation of those juveniles. He has interviewed over 200 juvenile victims of child abuse and has conducted hundreds of interrogations of suspects accused of sexual abuse.
