Brian J. Kelley is an experienced attorney and law enforcement leader with nearly 20 years of expertise across federal, state, and corporate sectors. As the Head of Law Enforcement Outreach at TikTok, he builds strategic relationships, delivers critical training, and ensures compliance with legal frameworks. Previously, Brian served as a prosecutor in Boston and a Special Agent with the FBI. After leaving public service, he held key roles at Uber, Meta, and Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in public safety, counterterrorism, and regulatory risk mitigation. A skilled public speaker and crisis manager, he has trained law enforcement agencies nationwide on digital investigations and data policies. Brian holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from Harvard University.
