Holly Dotson, LPC-S, is the Senior Director of Therapeutic Services at the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center, where she oversees the long-term growth, development, and management of both the Advocacy and Clinical Services teams. In addition to her leadership role, Holly provides expert testimony in Dallas County child abuse cases and collaborates on research initiatives with a local university, utilizing data collected by the center. She is nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trained in Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Problematic Sexual Behavior-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. Holly’s diverse clinical background spans multiple settings, including mobile crisis response, inpatient psychiatric admissions, and the Dallas County Jail.
