Delayna Griffin is a Criminal Assistant District Attorney at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, serving since 2016. After earning her JD/MBA from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2016, she immediately joined the DA's office as an Assistant District Attorney. Since 2024, she has been assigned to the Crimes Against Children Division, where she prosecutes cases involving the physical and sexual abuse of children. Prior to this role, she served in the Trial Court and Family Violence Divisions, handling cases ranging from low level drug offenses to capital murder. With years of experience in litigation and trial advocacy, she is committed to seeking justice for victims and ensuring public safety.
