Michelle Shughart is a Deputy Chief in the Crimes Against Children Division of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. She has been a prosecutor for 20 years and has spent 4 years handling crimes against children. Michelle has tried cases ranging from sexual and physical abuse of children, capital murders, arsons, and other aggravated offenses. Michelle went to the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree and Southern Methodist University for her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Dispute Resolution.
