Joel Abraham is an Assistant District Attorney currently assigned to the Crimes Against Children Division. He has been at the Dallas County District Attorney’s office since 2021. Joel began his legal career in the Misdemeanor division, soon rising to Chief of one of the Misdemeanor Courts. He was then quickly promoted to the Felony division, where he prosecuted a range of felony offenses ranging from State Jail Felonies to First Degree offenses. Joel has been assigned to the Crimes Against Children Division since 2023. In his time in the division, he has successfully prosecuted a wide variety of child sexual and physical abuse cases.
