Prevention Program Manager

Alejandra Monroy is the Prevention Program Manager for Outreach & Prevention at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. She leads the development and implementation of prevention education programs focused on child protection. Previously, at D.C.’s Children’s Advocacy Center, she served as a Client Advocate and Prevention Specialist, supporting families impacted by child sexual abuse and leading prevention training. Alejandra’s career spans education, public health, and social impact, reflecting her commitment to child protection and community well-being. She is pursuing a Master of Education in Human Development at Harvard University. She also holds a Master of Science in Health and the Public Interest from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
