Bryan Cutler is a Senior Inspector with the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) assigned to the Sex Offender Investigations Branch. He has been involved with the agency's sex offender mission from the beginning, having led the Western District of Missouri's Sex Offender Investigations Program for over 12 years. He has investigated and prosecuted violators of the Adam Walsh Act in multiple districts throughout the country. His current duties include providing program area oversight, training, and participation and support for the apprehension and prosecution of absconded and unregistered sex offenders for the USMS District Offices in the Florida/Caribbean Region. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration.
