Community Outreach and Education Specialist
Dallas Police Department - ICAC

Tony is currently a thirty-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department. In 2023 he was summoned to the Justice Department in Washington, D.C. to receive a commendation from the United States Attorney General Merrick Garland for his work with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He is currently assigned to the Dallas Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Tony currently serves as a Training and Community Outreach Specialist and is responsible for the development of the department’s ICAC presentations and training blocks. Tony also works closely with the Dallas Police Department’s Child Exploitation Squad, Sex Offender Apprehension Squad and High-Risk Victims Squad.
