Capt. Dan Willis (ret) served with the La Mesa Police (CA) for 30 years - 9 of which were as a Crimes Against Children and Homicide detective. He is a former Police Academy instructor and currently instructs at the National Command and Staff College. Capt. Willis has trained over 12,000 peace officers in 41 states and five nations in over 490 presentations - including multiple dozens of national conferences. He has presented at several state and one national Crimes Against Children conferences.
