Don Miesle (Meez-lee) works as a Technical Security Analyst for Apple’s Law Enforcement Compliance Group within Legal and Privacy. He has worked at Apple for more than 16 years and has held several different responsibilities including evidence lab management, litigation support, secure source code production, tool development, secure data center production review, iOS data extractions, technical escalation and support, criminal trial testimony, and responding to law enforcement requests.
Prior to working at Apple, Don was employed at the Software Engineering Institute and CERT coordination center, Lockheed Martin Government support, and for a US Congressional office. He has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Marietta College and a Master in Forensic Sciences focused on High Tech Crime Investigations from George Washington University.
