Dan is TikTok’s Global Outreach and Partnerships Manager for Youth Safety & Well-being where he ensures experts focused on keeping teens safe online are heard by TikTok's trust and safety teams. He also manages TikTok’s Global Youth Council, integrating teen perspectives into policies and products. Previously, he was Match Group’s child safety expert, handling cases of child exploitation and spearheading child safety policy updates. He also led the training and outreach teams and the athlete council at the U.S. Center for SafeSport, a non-profit responsible for the prevention of abuse in Olympic & Paralympic sports. Dan also spent nine years at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where he worked as an analyst and later managed their law enforcement training program.
