Anjum Mian preyed on young woman from Oklahoma and Texas with rough backgrounds to exploit and traffick for his own financial gain. In spite of being arrested by Dallas PD, Lancaster PD, and Arlington PD for sex trafficking offenses, he continued to bond out, resulting in scared and less than cooperative victims. Through the combined forces of state law enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and victim support from a local non-profit, Mian was brought to justice and held to account for the five identified victims he trafficked across North Texas.
