Drowning investigations can be complex, requiring investigators to distinguish between accidental and potentially abusive or neglectful situations. investigators must understand drowning dynamics, contributing factors, and potential red flags. This presentation will equip investigators with the knowledge and tools to conduct thorough, objective, and child-centered investigations into drowning incidents.
